About Bhumir Sandhan

Bhumir Sandhan is an independent online platform being developed to connect property owners, sellers, landlords and interested users.

The platform is intended to provide property-listing, discovery and communication facilities through its Android application.

Bhumir Sandhan does not itself sell properties and does not act as the owner of properties submitted by users.

It is being developed as an internet-based property-listing service. It is not a government land-record service and is not presented as a real-estate agency.

How Bhumir Sandhan Will Work

The following describes the planned Android application workflow. These public services are not available yet.

Browse Listings

Visitors will be able to browse publicly available property listings without creating an account.

Create an Account

Users who wish to publish a property will need to create an account.

Verify Mobile Number

Sellers will need to verify their mobile number before publishing.

Submit Property Details

Property information will be submitted by the respective listing users.

Direct Contact

Interested users will be able to contact sellers through details displayed with the seller’s consent.

Account security

Mobile Number and WhatsApp Verification

Verification is planned to reduce misuse of another person’s contact number and support safer account actions.

1When verification may be required

Users may be required to verify their mobile number before creating an account, publishing a property, changing their registered number or performing sensitive account actions.

2How codes may be delivered

Verification codes may be delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform using an authorised communication service provider.

3Authentication only

Verification messages are intended only for authentication and account security. Marketing messages will not be sent through this verification process without separate permission.

Important: Mobile-number verification confirms access to the submitted WhatsApp-enabled number. It does not confirm personal identity or property ownership.

User Safety and Listing Disclaimer

Property listings on Bhumir Sandhan will be created by users. Bhumir Sandhan may perform basic moderation for spam, duplicate content, prohibited material and apparent misuse.

However, it does not guarantee the identity of a listing user, legal ownership of a property, title documents, measurements, price, availability or accuracy of any listing.

Users should independently inspect the property, verify ownership and relevant documents, and obtain appropriate professional or legal advice before making any payment or entering into a transaction.
