Bhumir Sandhan does not verify or certify property ownership, title, possession, encumbrance, mutation, land classification, conversion, building permission, RERA status, seller authority, legal documents or other legal status. Users must independently verify all relevant records with appropriate authorities and qualified professionals.
3. Location, map pin and measurement limitations
GPS coordinates, map pins, place names, administrative boundaries, distances, road access, address information and measurement tools may be approximate, incomplete or outdated. A precise-looking map pin or measurement must not be treated as a government survey, legal boundary, proof of ownership, title or possession.
4. Direct communication and transactions
Interested users may contact listing users through contact details made available under the applicable listing-consent rules. Communications, negotiations, inspections, payments, agreements, registration, possession and other transaction steps take place between the concerned users.
Bhumir Sandhan is not a broker, real-estate agent, promoter, developer, builder, legal advisor, property valuer, surveyor, escrow service, payment intermediary or transaction party. It does not collect, hold, guarantee or secure property transaction money between users.
5. User due diligence
Before making any payment, signing any document or entering into a transaction, users should physically inspect the property, verify the seller's authority, ownership and relevant documents, check location and boundaries, and obtain appropriate legal or professional advice.
